I read your review and learned: Each product has very pleasant aromatherapy benefits to them. L'uvalla recommends following this routine and repeating this affirmation while using this line: Breathe in deeply to benefit from aromatherapy while reading this Affirmation: "I breathe in sincerity and breathe out authenticity." Exhale through mouth. Repeat. I thought this was pretty COOL!
