I received a cute red box from Mineral Hygienics. I was so impressed when I opened the box. A pink mesh bag filled with my makeup floating atop a sea of pink and black crimped paper. I pulled the makeup and information out and smiled as a Banana Laffy Taffy was revealed.

Normally, smaller companies put the most thought into their packaging, but Mineral Hygienics makes you feel special. 

I was excited to try this makeup, espcially since Mineral Makeup is trending really hot right now.  You already know that I do not like makeup that you can see, that looks cakey or feels too heavy but I still want the bronzed beauty look.

I opened the light tan makeup, poured a small amount onto the cap, swirled and tapped my brush then started working in small, circular, downward motions with my Kabuki brush.

Before Makeup

The full coverage kabuki brush allowed for me to have a flawless evenness foundation to start my look. It was astonishing how long a little dip and swirl can go with this makeup. It can take the mineral makeup a few seconds to actually warm up on your face, so start slow and minimal with the application, or you might end up looking caked.

The Warm Kiss mineral enhancer is named rightly so. I ran the bronzer in a 3 shape along the side of my face and then added a light amount to my cheeks and nose. It was beautiful adding the Egyptian goddess look to my skin. 

I topped the look off by adding a finishing velvet with a Sheer perfection finishing veil. I normally don't like the powder finishing veils, but this gave me a truly airbrushed finished. It erased fine lines and shrank my pores immediately. It was gorgeous.
